The academic period at the University of Janabadra starts from July to June of the following year. Every beginning of the odd semester in the relevant academic year, the university will publish an academic calendar for reference to academic activities for all academic communities. Academic administration can be done every weekday while lectures are held every Friday and Saturday. Other academic administrations are also recorded online through Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD).

Tuition fee for completing one semester in the Civil Engineering Master's Program is very affordable, which is IDR 5,000,000 not including Registration and Thesis fees. This education fee can be paid through BNI's Virtual Account, which can be paid through an ATM or Bank BNI anywhere. While the details can be downloaded here.

As an additional facility, at the University of Janabadra there is also a Psychology Consultation Center and Health Polyclinic. This polyclinic is open every weekday and students can use it for free. This polyclinic is managed under the University of Janabadra.

To facilitate conducting academic activities and monitoring academic achievement results, students can use the SI PRIMA UJB application. This application is in the form of an Android-based application that is used for lecture attendance and monitoring academic achievement results (grades and GPA). Link.

Library is a facility provided by study programs in the form of literacy both physical (library) and connections to papers / papers both in journals and proceedings that can be accessed by students. Including digital books owned by study programs to support the teaching and learning process. Link. 

Adequate parking facilities are provided for students using private vehicles both 4 wheels and 2 wheels. Parking is on the campus yard and in the basement area for 2-wheeled vehicles.

Places of worship in the form of mosques are available on campus and are only adjacent to the MTS Study Program. The mosque is named As Shaff with air-conditioned room facilities with adequate infrastructure.
