The academic period at the University of Janabadra starts from July to June of the following year. Every beginning of the odd semester in the relevant academic year, the university will publish an academic calendar for reference to academic activities for all academic communities. Janabadra has procedures for developing careers for either lecturers or education staff (employees). In general, career paths are regulated in the statutes to the policy at the lowest level. Staff (lecturers and education staff) are well connected from the university level, faculty, to study programs. Some means of connectivity include: Whatsapp group (MTS FT UJB DOSE; Simlitabmas LP3M; Janabadra Crew) and google link (@ janabadra.ac.id), so that campus development can be well known by the academic community. Janabadra also has a Staff Information System.

As an additional facility, at the University of Janabadra there is also a Psychology Consultation Center and Health Polyclinic. This polyclinic is open every weekday and students can use it for free. This polyclinic is managed under the University of Janabadra.

Sebagai fasilitas tambahan, di Universitas Janabadra juga terdapat Pusat Konsultasi Psikologi dan Poliklinik Kesehatan. Poliklinik ini dibuka setiap hari kerja dan mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan secara gratis. Poliklinik ini di kelola dibawah Universitas Janabadra.

Library is a facility provided by study programs in the form of literacy both physical (library) and connections to papers / papers both in journals and proceedings that can be accessed by students. Adequate parking facilities are provided for lecturers and employees who use private vehicles both 4 wheels and wheels 2. Parking is on the campus yard and in the basement area for 2-wheeled vehicles.

Places of worship in the form of mosques are available on campus and are only adjacent to the MTS Study Program. Mosque called As Shaff with air-conditioned room facilities with adequate infrastructure.
